Today i got confirmation from Dr. Tenenbaum, the real ceo, the shell is hijacked by Joseph Arcaro.
He found out last week and is working on it with legal counsel to get control back.
Arcaro did not even try to get this shell.
And it seems after the reverse split he issued shares if the update with 24m o/s is correct. O/S should be 1.105,024 shares.
