At this time a dual listing is a possibility but no final decision has yet been reached. It is one of the things on the agenda for the company to discuss with the legal team who is handling on spinout and listing. We have a meeting scheduled with them late this week. Shareholders will be kept informed as we move forward with the spinout and listing.

I appreciate the link to xxxx (MY EDIT). While we have secured the initial capital, we will need further capital as we proceed.
