Re-posting info about the NACS Conference from LNP's post. The info is pertinent to XXII for various reasons and I have paraphrased a bit:

One month until bell ring. Not looking for much news wise this week. Next week or week after though. Just my opinion. Bonnie sept 30th, NACs convention the week of October 7th, bell ringing oct 16. Here is what NACS is...yes I am aware xxii isn't selling their brand of cigs through the convienience channel...but read below.

Also...I haven't looked if it was on the internet but last week RJR, Altria and Lorilard all wrote to the FDA to ban ecigs and VTMs. ENTIRELY.

What is the NACS Show?
The NACS Show provides the most comprehensive representation of products and services for the convenience and fuel retailing industry. Retailers come to the NACS Show to discover proven ideas and strategies that enable them to increase sales, attract new customers, build their brand and improve their bottom line. Suppliers exhibit at the Show to establish a presence in the convenience channel, obtain sales leads, increase product exposure and introduce new products. Hope to get some exposure here, as 22nd Century Group is certainly offering a new scope of products. To anyone: Has XXII confirmed attendance at this show? His DD is appreciated.
