GDSM Yes and NO. The laws changed. However in this particular deal it was felt that a consulting agreement would be in the best interest of GDSM initially. It does indicate that other options may come from this deal and specifically what the long term option for this deal can be. But the deal could happen sooner. Depends on how it fits into the co. path and plan.

As far as JV, PP, this is one deal of many so just because it didn't give you the PR you desired doesn't mean that a JV isn't to can't happen in the next deals to be announced.

Perhaps some details of the consulting could have been provided but not every deal that happens is always going to be completely spelled out. If the details are in depth the PR could reach pages upon pages to define each part of the deal.
