If those 13 angel investors are part of the two holding Company's that each own over 20 per cent of PDX.. Then if they bought RXPC shares as an investment, and not control the company..They have the same rights as DC and I and other radient shareholders.. We can still be Radient Diagnostics when we trade again and our new partners being PDX and Uni-Pharma...The 2 major Holding Company's can hold on to their shares as a group and not for the purpose of controlling the company..Where do the aussies fit in to the equation..Is Jim Green an Angel investor for Uni-Pharma? We will find out soon..imo Wolf
