Agreed. Has happened every PR. I expect the Float to become O/S very soon + the 95 million. All they need to do is have an attorney issue an opinion letter as to why they feel the restriction should be lifted. What we need to hope for is the company not needing to dump and issue the other 2 billion or we are in big trouble.
This is orchestrated at the moment, in my opinion. VFIN is not good.
