So I take the information, add in a dash of oilphant, and judge the reward could be worth the risk. If you wait until all your items are proven, beyond doubt, you will have missed the boat and will have a nice 10% or whatever return on your safe investment. So not all of us "blindly accept" your seven points, but we do weigh the possibilities and wager our money that it at least looks very, very, promising. JMHO
