Lack of strong bidding. For example, right now I see 590k on the bid at .001 and only 20k on the ask at .0011, yet the bidders won't step up and cough up another $59 dollars to take out the ask. Too much bid sitting will make a stock stagnate on the OTC. It will hardly take anything to make this thing move.
