... EDIBLE GARDEN LAYOFFS EXPECTED ...

In a recent interview with 420INVESTOR Derek Peterson seemed to imply that LAYOFFS are coming so that Derek Peterson can try to stop the $30,000,000 cash burn that Edible Garden has been on the Terra Tech Corp. balance sheet despite the previously touted aspirations for this EPIC FAILURE of a vegetable reseller. Below is an excerpt from an April 2013 press release after the Edible Garden acquisition which was supposed to be Terra Tech Corp. ticket to the moon.

“Edible Garden is fast becoming one of the leading brands in their market,” said Derek Peterson CEO of Terra Tech. “We feel we have an opportunity to replicate the success they created in the northeast throughout the rest of the country. We are in active discussions with other urban farmers throughout the US to cultivate sustainably under Edible Gardens’ standards. We are in the beginning stages of creating a national brand comprised of local farmers. We are looking forward to showing our fiscal growth to shareholders beginning in Q2.”

This facility will be solely dedicated to producing the full line of Edible Garden products for sale throughout their local market. At full capacity and at current prices this facility can produce close to $10 million in sales annually for Terra Tech. The company anticipates having this facility completed by year end.

Sadly with the advantage of time Terra Tech Corp. nearly 18 months later is only just now planning on figuring out why Edible Garden has accumulated roughly a $30,000,000 deficit. Also of note is, Why are there flowers growing in the facility that investors paid $6,000,000 for plus $13,000 per month rent to the Vande Vrede's when they seem to be running their private business on the backs of shareholders when the sons are on the payroll and showered with millions of free shares despite the $30,000,000 pothole that they have accrued.

SOMETHING IS TERRIBLY WRONG AT TERRA TECH CORP. AND THE PRESS RELEASES PUT OUT BY DEREK PETERSON ARE AN INDICTMENT TO THE THE LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE THAT HAS CAPSIZED THIS HYDROPONIC HEMORRHAGING HEAP OF HOT AIR.
