Several of us here were around during the first lawsuit and remember it pretty well. There were incessant allegations against Kyle and the company for all kinds of things. It was obvious the defendant had an axe to grind and grind it he did continually. His deposition was interesting. It didn't seem to matter what the subject was on any particular day....it was always to cast doubt on Kyle and the company. I see great similarities with this second lawsuit in that everything Kyle/SFRX does is seen as deceitful in some way.
