Now $NIHD have worth $500MM (assets minus debt). Here we could get any competitor and buy the company for a few dollars. He could buy 51% of the common shares and rescue the company from bankruptcy.

Now 51% of the company shares worth just over $ 15MM for a company that revenues over $4 billion a year.

Is my humble opinion.
