Angleman, if you don't care to hear from me...that's cool.
However, I'm sure you know that that this side of the case (Levy's) has a whole host of agencies that where involved in their part of this procecution. As I stated 8 months ago, I believe looking at the history of such cases, all of these agencies will want all they can get out of any available funds. That is after the lawyers get all they can get out of it.
I beleive that the last year that was available from the Justice Department showed that they had returned to victims around 20% to victims and that a larger % was given to state and local governments, with the largest % going to themselves. I know all this was posted by me around the aforementioned time frame and was dicounted by most as Bashing. If you look up this info. from the Justice Dept., you'll find these percentages.
I never look to the gov. to do more than what is their historic norm.
On the brite side, while most are stating that with this money GDGI will be able to fill orders, etc., I know you remember that last Nov. or so Ben had posted that when they had orders, they were moving forward REGARDLESS of the awarded money. In other words, they only the needed orders and it wasn't dependent on settlement money to make it happen. So by this statement, they had other funding lined up when & if there was a need.
I still believe that their first priorty should be to give back pay to himself and any other employee/owner that have held on for these many years.
Good Luck to You and Greenway Design Group!
