they are securing funds through bonds and not dilluting. News on that is supposed to be out by month's end. Also, president made it clear he is going to nasdaq. Getting over $2 and holding that was the first step he indicated last year.

It's all just beginning to unfold now. Real company that will be double digit dollars by years end. I do not day trade this one. Been in since Oct '04
