Something smells again... I believe Treaty used Treaty investor money to fund the drilling of a well that would not benefit Treaty shareholders...

There is a permit that has been approved very near the Treaty farm out but not on the acreage that was assigned to Treaty.

The operator is none other than a company run by Don Samples the guy that sold Treaty a worthless interest in the leases next door and the permit for the well is right where I said there was a small area worth drilling that Treaty did not have rights to. Arquinas kept the only worth while area for themselves and Treaty sold investors a load of Bullshit... I didn't need no seismic to see that...
