I totally agree. And I've been aware of the financing since this Summer as main cause for the sell off, etc. Eventually such a thing creates a new buy opportunity. I got a starter position on QRM recently @ .17's, which is in the range I have been speculating for downside (.15-.20) ever since early Summer.
