You are right it is not the same, but there has been 2 quarters of filings that could have been audited. I believe you need 2 years of audited fins to uplist to QB. They have shown no steps towards making this happen except for a PR and a tweet. There are so many PRs and tweets that didn't pan out that I am in a show me mode. Tired of hearing "it's coming- big news coming- updates coming-LOI digital signage - legal 420-motivity labs-2 different PR companies-going to get 50 accounts per show- 250-500 accounts by year end and 1000 next year.... A lot of talk and little action.
