MotorSports Emporium Announces Indianapolis 500 Ticket Giveaway; 15 Tickets Available to MSEP Shareholders

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 11, 2006--MotorSports Emporium Inc. (OTCBB: MSEP) announced today the details of their Indianapolis 500 ticket giveaway.

David Keaveney, president and CEO of MotorSports Emporium, commented, "We are very fortunate to have a small allotment of tickets for the 90th running of the Indianapolis 500 scheduled for May 28, 2006. The Indy 500 is the 'super bowl' of open-wheel racing. NASCAR has Daytona, Formula One has Monaco and the IRL has Indy. Last year Andretti Green Racing had two drivers on the podium; Bryan Herta finishing third and Dan Wheldon winning the 500. Said to be the greatest spectacle in racing, the Indianapolis 500 is THE race to attend and we want MSEP shareholders to experience the rush, thrill and excitement of a 90-year racing tradition."

MSEP has only 15 tickets available on a first-come, first-served basis. Shareholders need to fax verification of share ownership to MSEP. MSEP will notify the parties awarded tickets by mail, e-mail or phone. MSEP is not responsible for travel arrangements or any costs associated with attending the race. Recipients will receive grandstand tickets ONLY. A maximum of two tickets per family will be awarded. Tickets are not transferable or redeemable for cash or other awards. MSEP has full discretion in awarding ticket(s). Persons awarded tickets will receive detailed information.

Owners of MSEP stock are encouraged to fax the following data to 480-556-0831:

-- Name, address, e-mail and phone

-- Numbers of MSEP shares owned

-- Where shares are held (brokerage firm or certificate form)

-- Number of tickets (1 or 2)

Upon verification from brokerage firm and/or transfer agent, MSEP will forward an information sheet and waiver to the parties awarded tickets. With only 15 tickets available, MSEP anticipates all tickets will be spoken for very quickly. MSEP shareholders interested should respond immediately.

In other news MSEP has announced, effective April 5, 2006, Tracey Baron has resigned from the board of directors. "During his tenure, Tracey has provided an invaluable service to this organization. His insights and forethoughts will continue to lead MSEP for months to come. Tracey is the second largest shareholder of MSEP and his interests are the same as any other shareholder -- appreciation of investment value; therefore, I am confident Mr. Baron will continue to offer his knowledge to assist MSEP in our continuing growth. We appreciate Mr. Baron's busy schedule, his latest business venture and devotion to his new baby daughter. We wish Mr. Baron the greatest success in his endeavors," concluded Keaveney.
