[Ambassador Capital:
something I found very interesting was this here -
"The credit facility allowed the Company to purchase Crane Creek Trucking which will add $1.5
million in annual revenue."

See whole part here:
During the 2nd quarter, 2014 the company realigned its operations to become direct fleet operations under
H & N Logistics, Madison Wisconsin. The Company ceased operating its Truck Repair Facility during
the quarter, opting to utilize outside services for maintenance and repair of operating equipment. This
action has resulted in a reduction of costs associated with that operation.
In July, 2014 the Company entered into a $5 million revolving credit facility with TCA Global Credit
Master Fund to support growth and future acquititions. The Company drew down $750,000 in August,
2014. The credit facility allowed the Company to purchase Crane Creek Trucking which will add $1.5
million in annual revenue.

What's up A Cap, no pm right now.

PTAH acquired Crane Creek and made it official through a pr a few weeks back. A solid $1,500,000 dollars in added revenue a year. TCA granted them a 5 million dollar credit line for acquisitions to boost revenue significantly. The initial draw of 750k out of the 5 million from TCA was solely for this acquisition (Crane Creek).

What I must have missed or wasn't mentioned a while back is that PTAH got rid of the service center that obviously saves them a lot of $$$. Many people said they've been trying to call the service center to see if operations were ongoing and that it's proof the company isn't real or still in business. Well there's the answer! Lol. The service center you're calling is closed! PTAH is saving quite a bit of money by doing so while looking to generate quite a bit more with these acquisitions. Not a bad idea at all!
