$5 a share!!! LMAO!!! People, once the reverse split happens, it might be the end of the company. GETTING A NEW TICKER SYMBOL is not a real merger if there are no products being sold. It is the "classroom model" of the pump n' dump starting all over with a fresh new look.

The officers pocket SOOOOO MUCH MONEY withou having to run a business, just a webpage and PR's. Why would they? It's easier to run an internet gambling business than to try and sell a real product and get up at 6:00 AM every morning and work like WE do.
