The VCIG dividend share value is submitted at $.01 on the S1. It is under review by the SEC. If he 10Q came out today and showed significant company revenue reported by Viticig sales, the SEC would consider this in their S1 review and kick the S1 back commenting the VCIG dividend should be reflective of revenue generated?

That is a probably the most positive explanation for this delay. Thanks for clarify the delay is until 9-20.
