Going long is simply buying a stock and holding. How is that manipulation?

Now if I bought a million shares at $1 and

Loaded the ASK with those million

Shares at one price

Knowing full well no one would buy

them at that price enabling me to pick

up another million 25% cheaper when

THE PRICE DROPS Because the ASK

Was unreasonably stacked

Would you consider that manipulation?
