DFmantx...yep you may be right. It's not retail selling. I now think it's our institutions selling. After yesterday's update, and having been burned on their buy-ins to date...

What proper manager of a fund would hold here? When they can rebuy on performance benchmarks given in yesterday's disclosure?

Next Quarter...

You see, with a lack of major investment house guidance, or decent main stream press PR on the uniqueness and the quality of our proprietary technology, to back up that guidance...the last place the biggies go for that guidance is here on this board.

And at this point...that's about all they have to go on.

What this company must do and really PDQ to raise shareholder value and institutional interest and staying power, between now and performance, is PR the crap outta this technology and everywhere it can possibly be done, and at whatever expense it takes to get a quality job #1 done for us.

Think of this as the most critical near term R & D expense that the company MUST make for it to accomplish the bottom line of that PR yesterday...raise shareholder value appreciably... And sooner than later.

This expense and action solves a raft of problems now facing GTE:

1). Exposes technology to a world wide investment community of retail and institutions who can hold and buy.

2). Raises as a result, stock price, so any additional fundings are less dilutive to shareholders of record.

3). Perks interest in analyst coverage from major houses.

4). Eliminates the naked short position overhang.

5). Gives a reason for hedge funds to unlock their Box grip on our share price.

6). Moves the company out from under the sole coverage of the "hack" writers that constantly distract management's time and most posters on this board.

7). Might just get the Russian bank evaluator the fodder they need to resolve and release that deal for approvals.

Too many more to list.

I don't care if it costs $25,000 a month or $50,000 a month for the next few months to hire a quality top tier PR firm to go for it, on our behalves.

It's a pittance to pay for reckognizeable integrity of our technology in the long run.

I say...spend it now.
