Many folks don't realize how fast this can move back to penny territory with the right press, no dilution and a float lock.

BTW...how are you going to achieve "no dilution" with IronRidge (who is very much NOT DONE), convertible note holders, AND the legacy shareholders getting ready to run for the exit???
