What would you like a link to? Their filing exempting them from reporting? Their unaudited financials showing $2500 in gross sales? Their bill of lading showing import of ONE container for the entire year? The claims of product shipped to India in 2009 that never happened? Margrit's self appointed severance plan and stock bonus for rehiring? Documentation of the $30 million accumulated loss? The three siblings employment contract for $200K a year? The web site for the shut down Brazilian distributor/partner? There are a lot of links that I could post but they've all been posted previously. It always amazes me that when bad news is confirmed longs will always go to the "if there is no link it doesn't exist" but they will tout the stock on unconfirmed speculative only news with absolutely no information whatsoever.

The red flags on this company have exceeded scam levels. Dilution and management greed are unquestionable. Just look at Margrit's $5 million on stock compensation for tanking the company. If that isn't a big red flag I don't know what is. She and her siblings are useless as management and Dan is a fraud who can't seem to sell 50 cases of Vodka in a year despite 30 years of experience. But they've sold many. many millions of shares of zero basis stock to the retail market for profits so far exceeding vodka sales that it makes vodka unimportant. That's the bottom line. Get ready to go dark in two weeks. It's inevitable.
