What's misleading? They reported 170,000,000 shares to OTC, got a lawyer to write a letter confirming it was true when it was actually a blatant lie, refused to file audited reports and offered no details, terms or numbers regarding operations. I ask again, what's misleading for asking for a few of these things from a supposedly public company?
