Book value * about .75 (maybe .5) = way more than $600M. I think their book value is around 3B?

However, I think they could use 1-2B more effectively since they would then be on the hook for all losses RadioShack takes on from that point onwards. Let RadioShack die...then go talk to retailers who have a relatively small space in a tough retail rental market and negotiate the living hell out of them :)

THAT sounds like Amazon!
