what do you think about this:

The company started the process but is holding off for now until everyone is settled into the new management. Peachtree Capital is funding the re-purchase of shares and doing it (currently) as a loan. We are looking at other options such as S-1 or Reg-A that will not damage the share structure too much but allows ua to raise enough money to have buying power. If that can be done then great, if not we will have to pay back the loans in 2 years.
