Makes me think one of the issues would be that the NSS is very real on KMA !!

Looks like it could be a LPH* repeat !!

#SEC just keeps screwing over KMAG and its shareholders !!

#SEC knows it wrongfully suspended KMAG !!
That is why the holdup !!

728 days since a Form 10 was first promised
162 days since "Timeline of Events" was promised "soon"
108 days since Form 10 was promised a second time
94 days since "everything was ready" to load to EDGAR
87 days since JR said they were "submitted"
45 days since a "shareholder letter" was promised to be released
21 days since KMAG announced a market maker agreed to sponsor a 211.
