Dudes,

There will be no stock buyback, retirement of shares...however there will be a reverse split.

Management and insiders clearly dumped massive amounts of shares recently,so why would they now buy them back?

If management's plans were to take action that would benefit shareholders (such as a buyback or retirement of shares) then they would not have offloaded significant stock recently.

The fact that they dumped their shares only indicates subsequent action will hurt shareholders.....which is why they got rid of their own shares!!
