Doubt it. Whole slew of boiler room brokers use teasers on shorting searches to lure new money and open new accounts. After you do and give them $10,000 and then try a do a short sale they tell you can't do it on that stock. Just another internet bait and switch. About the only way it can be done is privately through an off shore bucket shop similar to those made illegal in the US in the early 1900s. Any US citizen doing this would most likely be taking big legal and financial risk. As I've said many times, show me a short sale on a penny stock. In ten years since I've challenged the myth no one has ever been able to do so.
