Miss Buttons, I suggest reading my post again. There's allot more dots connected with specific DD that you must have missed as compared to the link you provided leading you to say it is old news.
If you look at my post on pure content I can see why you would think they are similar or the same. Hopefully you can see the differences after reading both of them thoroughly.
The link you provided has some great DD and some of the same information. However, my post is not "old news" and that needs to be pointed out for everyone that reads your post. They might not read the new DD if they read your note.
I'm going to expand on the differences in case they are not that obvious for you.
I do not see the dots and DD in the link that you provided that match New World Beverage LLC to Level 5 specifically via the uspto.gov cross-comparing 1. business address 2. Registered Agent and 3. Attorney being an exact match in the first three items I posted.
I also didn't see the timeline of the conference call date to the New World Beverage LLC filing date and pointing out the 11 day difference in the two in item 4. There was a close note mentioning the filing date and the conference call mentioning the THC, but not specifically noting the 11 day span between the two. That correlation of the two dates is significant being that close to one another when combined with the other DD.
The last one, item 5, definitely has much of the same DD and dots as in the link you provided.
There may be other company actions related to some of this information that has yet to be DD'd! :)
