From my interviews, direct response from Mr. Pierce.

"I don't owe the guy any money I paid him it was PayPal or I may have gotten the guy a money order , this guy is a very sick individual and I'm sure a true racist. It all makes sense to me now. I can not focus positive energy behind a negative individual. My focus is much greater than entertaining cowards. If you can't say it to my face don't say it behind my back. If something is owed show an agreement."
