Nope! Not true at all, this is EXACTLY what I said:

Pretty sure The City Of Las Vegas thought folks would have sense enough to know "every single person in Las Vegas must have a business license" would mean the "Joe Blow Company" and not every single man woman and child in the City Of Las Vegas is required to have a Business License.

Pretty sure folks looking for License requirements on the City Of Las Vegas web page aren't complete idiots.
