The float means absolutely nothing. The other 718 million shares can get dumped on the market at a moment's notice. You should be more concerned of the current market cap.

That's not evening mentioning the fact that there's 2 BILLION shares authorized...the other 1.24 billion can also be issued and outstanding at any given time...

In my not so humble opinion, anyone that is foolish enough to buy VIRA stock (after all the warnings), deserves the monetary loss they will be receiving...just my thoughts!
