Lets see who has done the best in 16 months of "Due Diligence"!!.
The Plaintiffs have updated the Trudef technology with monthly updates over the last three years,and are in a partnership with Raytheon!!.
The Defendants,do have an injunction against their patent,anyone that can read and understand the law,knows this!!.They have also had their patent for over 21 months,that they will never get to use,with the codec in question!!.
FYI;Judge Ellsworth "Tentative Ruling" placed the injunction against the Defendants,as per the Plaintiffs request,they(Defendants) never argued the injunction during the motion hearing,they(Defendants) dropped the ball >>>> MOTION DENIED!!.
Gordon and Silver,not sure who that is but Gordon Silver is still with the Plaintiffs,as needed!!.
Okay,we would welcome HP or even MediaBin on the witness stand,for cross-examination!!.Court:Please show us the signed document that says DFI and DFMI legally merged?.HP/MediaBin we don't have any document,your honor...Ahhhh just another bluff from the Defendants side,just as adding ISI has been for over 1 year!!.And still.....
