I doubt it. The rebuttals were submitted in Mid March. I would expect the judge to make a ruling within the month. NeoMedia is in the power position. Our patents held up. ScanBuy's copyrights were tossed. ScanBuy has continued to use technology that falls within our patents. Treble damages is a very likely result with an injunction threat if ScanBuy doesn't want to pay the piper. If this happens, how many wireless operators will want to continue to work with ScanBuy.
