I love both of your scenarios regarding those shares but how do you know this? I'm not coming at you confrontational....as a new shareholder I'm just wondering if he has mentioned this before? or you have spoke with him? Both scenarios would play outstanding as PR for him and the company regarding selflessness and taking care of shareholders and would be made back, or partially made back, in increased share price down the road with that kind of reputation, along with great products.

I've read the SEC filings and been all over the site, follow MyeCheck and Ed on Twitter and will go the the meeting in October.
