Cha cha: It's mind blowing. Could be life changing for many. Frustrating for others.
You asked if you have enough and what the value of the stock could be. I personally don't think Matthew Herper (Forbes) knows what he's talking about. 7.7BB? How did he come up w/ that number? Is he making himself "the market" now? I'll go w/ a conservative $1.5BB for the whole shebang ($1BB+ of his own money plus his equity investors dollars).
If we just put the market cap there, if the O/S stays the same, that's $55+/share. If the full A/S is used, that's ~$10/share.
But, what about a public offering to allow him to go straight to The NAZ? F/S? R/S? It' mind-boggling.
Anything you can get in your account before the Form 10 is filed would do you an yours good. Anything. That's my plan.
I'm looking for an "October Surprise".
