Few things UBRG should accomplish for a spike when they release the 10K....
1-File on time the 10K
2-Revenues over 70Mil
3-Profits
4-Close some of Old Deals(Chinese,Japanese)
5-Revenues from Phisical Trade
6-Sales from Electricity and Coal
7-Marketing Pr's
