Sorry, but I do think equity was cancelled.

Former equity now owns an interest in OBS.

What the he** an OBS is I do not know. Has anyone seen an OBS before?

But, If creditors own all the assets, just seems to me they are the owners of LBHI, just seems to reason. And NOL going forward would belong to the new owners. Could be wrong.
