LOL, it is NOT an exaggeration to call the one store increase in the "test" at Costco an EXPANSION. The dictionary defines EXPANSION as an act of becoming bigger or of making something bigger; the act of expanding. Adding an additional store is making the "test" "bigger" by "expanding" it. As I said, the EXPANSION of the "test" at Costco is NOT debatable. It's actually very good news!

Call it what you want but it's a clear exaggeration and rationalization.
