here is a pr last year...stating that they would move to full salvage...but they moved to full SURVEY instead...please read it carefully,see they did pr an intent,perhaps they will when they do finally qualify for it,pr it,as the last 2 prs only resulted in the pps going down

That means start the process which eventually leads to a full salvage permit. As in another to add to the 2 they have already received.


NOWHERE in the PR does it say that they were moving directly to a full salvage permit.

One must read and comprehend in order to make a logical comment and offer a response.
