no...the SALVAGE permit is what is needed....the fact that it wasn't forth comming at all speaks volumes...so what of oculus the point is moot,deverting attention away from the fact that this company applied and received a DISCOVERY permit and it was said they can BEGIN to salvage when it wasn't true...now .03s are here,the attention to those items are of importance to investors the other is like debating the color of the boat...lololzzzzzzz...
According to you anyway. It's great to be able to make mistakes and never admit to them. What a wonderful thing to be able to just ignore past mistakes.
