Seems like more trading at top of .0003 x .0004 spread than in the past few business days. Busting through to .0004 x .0005 will perk up more interest and fuel the volume necessary for a breakout.

Hopefully, the MM's are sick and tired of sitting on this one too and won't use their old and tired NSS or bid spread tricks.
