I use Etrade and have been with them for over 15 years now. They are flawless. If your commission is $8.75 for trades and no other fees then that isn't bad unless there are other things you don't like about options express. Etrade ranges between $7.99 and $9.99 for a trade depending on how many you do per quarter. Same fee regardless if you buy 10 shares or 10 million shares. Some people out there have posted that with Sharebuilder they have to pay a % commission on their gains and that is ridiculous. If you just have a $8.75 trade fee with nothing else to pay then I'd say that's OK.
