Not NYSE Merger....name change via NVSOS and reinstatement......Subsidiary of $OKS
Black Mesa Holdings Inc now the name of VCLD.....IMO going public through the shell

Hmmmmm I think it takes some time on paper work for a merger after the name change, everyone knows that.
