WRONG again.... When ever there is a low volume stock it is very easy to be manipulated up or down. Once the Rev's start showing up in the millions on the Q's MRIB will be shooting up to the multi pennies once again.

The harsh reality is MRIB needs more than millions in sales. They'll need at least $20 million gross sales to get to profitability. At an average of $24 a pop, that's 833,333 bottles or more than 27 times the number of empty bottles ordered recently. And even then earnings would only amount to around $.0014 per share assuming no further dilution. Sounds to me like a pretty tall order for a company with no cash, an inexperienced and non-performing rag tag management team and current sales of less than $10,000. Just staying at or around a penny is going to take a miracle of unprecedented proportions.

And as to MRIB being insolvent and likely headed for bankruptcy, it's not absurd or unrealistic. On paper they're already there. Negative net worth is the textbook definition. Liabilities clearly exceed assets. Are they bankrupt? No. Insolvent and bankrupt are not synonymous as bankrupt is only determined by a court of law but they certainly are insolvent by all definitions of the word and in most cases that inevitably leads to bankruptcy so MRIB seems to be well on their way there.

After the upcoming Brazil fail, no TV ad on the air waves, dismal retail sales, no new products, no new retailers and the continued lack of results and devastating under capitalization issues, I don't think MRIB will have many other options. Whether a creditor(s) forces bankruptcy or not is yet to be seen but going dark is almost a certainty. Ground hog day...

It will be entertaining though, I'm sure, to hear the excuses they come up with and how folks will rationalize it all into positive spin in the hope of buying a couple more months. But I think investors are pretty much fed up with MRIB and their empty promises. Credibility is obviously becoming a major issue as illustrated by the recent massive sell off and devastation of the PPS in just the past few month. Fewer and fewer investors are going to take the risk of holding when the lights go out.
