Lol.. it is my opinion. The whole system is rigged in favor of crooked MM's. Whether they accept bribes or are just completely disinterested in policing OTC stocks who knows?! One thing is for sure they are doing a CRAP job allowing NITE/ETRF/CSTI to get away with the blatant and criminal manipulation I see every day on hundreds of OTC's like UTRM. Going after small time 23 yr old dodgy promoters rather than tackling the institutional corruption doesn't cut the mustard. These market makers are STEALING peoples' life savings and the SEC are directly responsible for allowing these scum to get away with it!
