After doing more research I agree with the DD done in this board 100%. This is setting up for reverse merger. IPO is not an option due to the LLC status alone. There is no other viable option that I can find for going public. The RTM paper trail is there. The good doctor has plenty of influence with wealthy investors to make the share price fly once it goes public through reverse merger. He is all about paradigm shifts and the road not traveled. He can go public via a road less traveled.

I guess my only remaining question are what is the potential value of this transaction and do I own enough shares?
