the email exchange. It was shortly after he PR'd NO R/S was planned.

Not like a had an agreement for options or anything.....right? "Zo" just sent me stuff....right?

Here are the attorney notes:

"he said _____ sent him a email one day that he was down the block from our (attorney's) office and could come over and get a doc signed to get 50 mill s 8 shares, alonso said he replied what s8 shares are you talking about your not getting anything, I asked ap does______ or did _____ ever have any signed agreement with temn , he responded hell no all he ever did was make a video which he got 200 dollars for and he hounded me for weeks about it. ap said i swear on my mothers grave this kid is a nut job and we never had any dealings together he would just send constant emails so i gave him all kinds of info but never had any contracts with him ever."
